What Is Sorbet?
Sorbet is a frozen delight containing just fruit and sugar, and is 100% dairy free.

We wanted to create a sorbet that tasted as pure and delicious as a piece of fruit at peak ripeness. Where every bite is absolute fruit.

Is absolute fruit sorbet gluten free?
Yes. All of our products are 100% gluten free.

Is absolute fruit sorbet vegan?
Yes. Absolutely no animal products are put into our pure sorbets.

Is absolute fruit sorbet kosher?
Yes! We are kosher parve certified by Kof-K. These certifications require adherence to strict guidelines. Kof-K is an internationally recognized Kosher certifier operating under strict Kosher standards and is regarded as one of the most reputable Kosher certifiers in the US.

How are absolute fruit sorbet sweetened?
Our fruit is all perfectly ripe. But sometimes it needs a little push. That’s when we need to use a little sugar.

What makes absolute fruit different from ice cream or sherbet?
The main difference between sorbet and ice-cream or sherbet is that sorbet contains no dairy. Ice cream is created with a dairy base or mix. Sherbert is made with a water base and a touch of milk or cream. Sorbet is made with pure fruit (or dairy free chocolate) and water.
