Are there GMOs (Genetically Modified Organisms) in Natural Choice products?
We’re very proud of the fact that all our dairy-free products are non-GMO. We at Natural Choice believe that consumers have the right to know what’s in our food and supports clear labeling initiatives.

Why does my store only carry a few flavors of Natural Choice or fruit bars?
In most grocery stores, shelf space is very tight, and the managers and employees at these stores have a tough job trying to fit all the products that people want into that limited space. But you can help! Next time you’re shopping, and the store doesn’t carry certain products, print out this form and turn it in to the manager. Tell your friends to do the same and hopefully they will start to carry out dairy free frozen desserts and fruit bars shortly.

Is your packaging recyclable?
All of our packaging is free of BPA and phthalates. In addition, all of the packaging materials are recyclable. Please check RecycleCartons.com to see if aseptic packaging is recycled in your community. We strive to use recyclable packaging whenever possible. Not all communities recycle the same things, so be sure to check with your local municipality to make sure what they’ll accept. The product I purchased has ice crystals like it had been freezer burned. What caused this?
This is the result of what we call “temperature abuse.” This happens when a frozen dessert melts and is refrozen, sometimes more than once. We maintain strict temperature control over our products while they are at our manufacturing facility, but after our products are shipped, we have limited control over how they are treated. Shipping companies, distributors, and retail stores may not take as good care of our products as we wish and sometimes they allow the frozen dessert to thaw before placing it in a freezer or refrigerated storage environment

We’re currently using Kof-K Kosher certification. These certifications require adherence to strict guidelines. Kof K is an internationally recognized Kosher certifier operating under strict Kosher standards and is regarded as one of the most reputable Kosher certifiers in the US.

Yes, all of our products are 100% dairy-free, certified vegan, and never contain any animal products or byproducts.

None of our products contain artificial colors, flavors, or sweeteners either as direct ingredients or sub-ingredients.

Do Natural Choice products contain chemical preservatives (such as BHA, BHT, or TBHQ)?
We don’t use chemical preservatives in our products–either as direct ingredients or sub-ingredients–so none of our products contain BHA (Butylated Hydroxy anisole), BHT (Butylated Hydroxytoluene), or TBHQ (Tert-Butylhydroquinone).

Does Natural Choice use any carrageenan?
We are proud to say we do not use any Carrageenan in our products.

Is there cholesterol in Natural Choice products?
Because all of our products are always plant-based and certified vegan and never contain any animal products or byproducts, our products do not contain any animal cholesterol.
